Being a supplier of quality Black Russian Caviar in Malaysia, we are promoting what Black Caviar is a brand in Russia. With its unique nutritional properties and chemical composition the noble product has become a symbol of the Russian cuisine culture and a legend among delights. And within few hundred years it has even formed its gastronomic subculture, similar to that of wine, cigars and cognac. But even in this list of honour the black caviar stands out being the most ancient and honourable – and no wonder, as osetra is the same age as dinosaurs and saber-toothed cats.
At all times caviar was a special food on royal tables and aristocratic banquets and still remains the symbol of taste and luxury; it emphasized the status of the royals and business-tycoons.
Uncontrolled fishing for osetra could bring the existence of these wonderful creatures to the end. However, development of osetra captive breeding technologies has given impetus to the emergence of specialized farms. The Yaroslavskiy Fish Hatchery is a young representative of the aquaculture sector that has been producing natural GORKUNOV black caviar since 2012. Besides contributing to the revival of wild populations of the ancient family of osetras, the enterprise also promotes a culture for consumption of natural osetra caviar.
Obtained by the slaughter method and being non-pasteurized, the GORKUNOV black caviar is distinctive by its traditional taste.
Currently, the Company offers osetra and sterlet caviar.

Why buy GROKUNOV Black Caviar from us?
a) it is an authentic Russian Caviar directly from Gorkunov's Caviar Farm in Russia;
b) origin of Caviar is known from Yaroslavskiy Sturgeon Factory in Russia – for many of the caviar sources, it is unknown
which fish they are from. Our caviar source comes directly from this sturgeon farm, packed originally untampered until they
reach the end consumers.
c) the Gorkunov caviar has a shelf-life of 9 to 10 months (because they are not repacked like many others which have mostly
3 to 4 months shelf life).
